Base Moves Studio Policy

Base Moves embraces all people and supports diversity in race, ability, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, and country of origin. Thank you for upholding our policy of inclusion when you choose to enter our studio space.

• 24 hour cancellation policy:
  All appointments and classes must be canceled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
  Cancellations or no shows that occur less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will be charged in full.

• Please honor the expiration dates on our package pricing. If you are unable to do so, please purchase sessions individually. No extensions on any packages or class purchases.

• Sticky socks required in all classes.
  Socks are available for purchase at the studio.

• Suggested arrival time is 5 minutes prior to class time. If you arrive earlier, please wait for your instructor in the hallway seating area.

• Base Moves may provide a substitute instructor for a class without prior notice.

• There are no refunds for any service or product purchased at Base Moves.

• Please silence phones and smart watches during class. Be here now, take a tech break.
